Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Last updated 5 October 2026

zeko is run by one person, Trần Anh Đức, from Vietnam. Using the site means you accept what's written here. It's short on purpose.

What you get when you pay

Plans are a one-time payment, not a subscription. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again later.

Published sites live on a zeko subdomain, like yourname.zeko.lol. Current prices are on the pricing page.

Free previews

You can use the editor and preview any template without an account and without paying. Those drafts stay in your browser. They aren't on my server, so clearing your browser data loses them.

Trial accounts

Trials are granted by hand when someone asks, and they run for a set number of days. When a trial ends, the published address stops serving the site. Your content is not deleted, so buying a plan brings it back as it was.

Your content stays yours

Text and images you add remain yours. You're giving zeko permission to store them and serve them to visitors, which is the only way hosting can work. Nothing else.

You also confirm you have the right to use what you upload. Don't publish images or writing that belong to someone else.

What you can't publish

Site addresses

Addresses are first come, first served. Some names are reserved because they would be mistaken for zeko itself or for infrastructure. I can also reclaim an address that impersonates a real person or company.

The "Built with zeko" badge

Published sites carry a small badge linking back to zeko. It's how people find this service. Buying the no-branding add-on removes it. Please don't strip it some other way.

Suspension

If an account breaks the rules above, I can take the site offline or close the account. For anything that isn't clear-cut abuse I'll email you first and give you a chance to fix it.

What I don't promise

zeko is provided as it is. I don't guarantee a particular uptime figure, and I'm not liable for business you lose if the service is down. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose. Hosting depends on Google Cloud, MongoDB Atlas and Cloudflare, so an outage at one of those can take sites down with it.

If zeko ever shuts down, I'll give notice by email so you can export your content first.

Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top tells you when they last did. If a change actually affects you, I'll email registered accounts rather than quietly editing the page.
