Refunds
Last updated 5 October 2026
You can build and preview everything for free before paying, so you already know what you're getting. If you paid anyway and it isn't right, I'd rather give the money back than argue.
Request a refund
Fill this in and it goes straight into my queue. Requests are handled by hand, usually within a day or two.
How the money comes back
I check the request against the order, then send the amount to the PayPal address you gave. If something doesn't match up, I reply to your email before doing anything.
What happens to your sites
A refund ends the plan, so published sites go offline and the account drops back to preview. The content isn't deleted. If you buy again later, everything comes back as you left it.
After 14 days
Past the window I can't refund as a matter of course, because plans are a single payment for hosting that keeps running. That said, if the service was broken for you and that's why you're asking, send the form anyway and say so in the note.
One thing I'll push back on
Buying a plan, publishing a site, then asking for a refund while keeping the site online isn't something I can do. The refund and the hosting go together.
Chargebacks
Please use the form before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback costs me a fee and closes the account automatically, and for the same outcome the form is faster for both of us.
